Who We’re Looking For:
The Strategic Finance Team is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst to join our growing team. You will support the VP of Strategic Finance and the other members of the Strategic Finance Team as a business partner to leaders across the organization. You will assist in preparing financial materials including board decks, investor presentations, and other executive updates with significant exposure to the CFO and other executives.
Responsibilities & Duties (including, but not limited to):
- Supporting M&A Team in the review and evaluation of M&A targets
- Crafting and presenting compelling narratives as part of presentations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
- Assisting in the preparation of deliverables for the Investment Committee and other internal deal-tracking documents
- Completing strategic and prospective planning, business reviews, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Proactively working to understand our business & data
- Leading special projects as assigned in connection with the team goals and strategy
- Recommending best practices for improving current processes
- This position will have exposure to many types of projects, with a focus on pushing forward the team’s Corporate Strategy efforts and initiatives
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy
- One or more years of experience in Investment Banking or Management Consulting preferred
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
