We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Planning
Primary responsibilities will be:
- Partner closely with CFO, Head of Strategic Finance , and cross-functional partners to build and maintain the long-term strategic model, including identifying levers, goals, and actions to achieve 1YP, 3YP & 10YP P&L ambitions
- Co-own continual assessment of strategy, and incorporate iterations
- Contribute to business framing, structure, and implementation of special projects (e.g., category expansions, international expansion, margin improvement strategy)
- Co-develop and manage Board materials, monthly business reviews and corporate governance, including defining calendar, and agendas
- Define and standardize key forums, governances, and processes
- Partner cross-functionally to drive financial performance by using best practices that provide clear financial insight into results, to the joint venture and to parent companies
- Leverage financial insights to bring strategic scenario planning and modeling to help accelerate growth
- Support ad-hoc projects and/or deep dives in core business
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor of Science in a quantitative based field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Accounting)
- 2+ years of proven experience in Corporate Strategy, Finance, FP&A, Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Accounting or similar required
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft products (e.g., Teams, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP suites (e.g., BOI, BI, BEX), Oracle (e.g., Smartview, Tableau, FiT), and Hyperion tools
- Ability to influence by building trust through strong communication and analysis
- Strives to build cross-functional relationships with senior leaders and within peer groups
- Team player whom brings positive attitude, energy and sense of urgency
- Open to feedback, change and evolving responsibilities

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today’s workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week. Additionally, employees who are subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines).
