Job Summary
The Store Lead is an exciting new role and opportunity on the ground floor of Lulus' new retail expansion in Los Angeles. We launched our first store on Melrose and are looking for an inspiring leader that supports service, selling, and business operations to achieve an engaging and authentic store environment. This includes fostering community amongst the team through continued education on brand and store initiatives. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will lead and develop the store team and sales culture to support the brand's values. The ideal candidate has previous key holder experience and exhibits an entrepreneurial energy that will thrive in developing new and meaningful processes.
What You'll Do
Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store, in line with the Lulus values
Leads by example in upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service to cultivate an environment where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued
Supports the Assistant Store Manager and team to promote unique customer events that drive brand engagement and deep connections with the local community
Inspire and educate the store team on product details, styling techniques, seasonal trend information, upcoming launches, and brand standards
Actively participates in leading the sales floor and driving engagement in each zone through elevated communication; guides the team to prioritize the customer experience and achieve store objectives
Utilizes brand resources to champion employee development and support initiatives, employee recognition, and team-building activities
Provides feedback about team training needs to support optimal scheduling and payroll allocation to drive sales and brand initiatives
Adopts a people-first philosophy, prioritizing employee engagement and actively sharing store priorities and brand messages with the team
Supports front and back of house experience, flexing within the day-to-day operations and where the needs of the store are at any given time
Supports daily operating processes such as opening and closingprocedures, maintaining store standards, restocking products, and helping with facilities or IT issues
Ensure high-quality product presentations every day together with the store team.
Lead as a brand ambassador, taking pride in the details of your store
What You'll Need
You have a minimum of 1 year keyholder experience in a fast-paced retail environment
You have a growth mindset that is open to new, unexpected opportunities & challenges
You have excellent communication and team management skills
You have the ability to jump into any situation and roll up your sleeves if need be
You have a passion for building exceptional customer experiences
You love to build processes
You are flexible and creative
You love fashion and have an extensive retail background
