Store Team Lead

Position: Team Lead - Night Shift

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Schedule: Weekdays, weekends, In-Person

Pay: $17-$19

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Job Summary:

The Team Lead will transmit their expertise to new team members and retrain existing team members as necessary, allowing them to learn and improve at the various stations at our restaurants (Sandwich, cashier, beverage, bakery, and kitchen).

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Have a flexible work schedule, ready to be on call and train when necessary to assist in the following (Store retraining, store grand opening, assist training when necessary at franchise and corporate location.)
• Check station for overall food/beverage quality and identify and correct any potential issues
• Computing and recording totals of transactions, issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers, and receiving payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
• Stocking shelves and marking prices on shelves and items
• Check inventory levels and report to the manager or shift supervisor
• Cleaning and ensuring that the station area is neat, clean, and well-stocked at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to effectively communicate and teach concepts to new team members about the restaurant routines and systems at each station
• Willingness to follow directions and a commitment to meet Lee’s QSI standards in all you do
• Must be organized and detail-orientated with the capability to oversee one or more aspects of the restaurant stations.
• Must be eager to understand the goals that are set for the business and take the right actions to help achieve and even exceed these goals
