About the Role
As a Store Operations Lead for Sales Market South USA & PR in the Sales function, you contribute to a seamless customer journey and omni experience by ensuring the Store Operating Model is implemented and maintained across your Sales Market. Taking decisive actions, you maximise the way of working through people, processes, and technology to drive omni growth and customer lifetime value across the Sales Market.
This hybrid/field role reports into the Sales Manager, Sales Market South USA & PR and is based out of our Los Angeles Support Office.
A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*
- Make informed decisions and take data driven, decisive actions from insights and tools to meet omni colleague and customer expectations across the Sales Market
- Act on gaps and opportunities within the store operating model in your Sales Markets, and elevate needs and risks towards the region where necessary
- Ensure the store operating model is secured in the planning and implementation of large-scale projects such as openings, closings, rebuilds and space optimization
- Secure the needs of Store Operations and colleagues during implementation of tech solutions, delivering the desired way of working throughout
- Support area and store colleagues through the mindset shift when implementing change and provide coaching and training to strengthen Store Operations capabilities in your Sales Market
- You understand the impact of the store workload and how it contributes towards the colleague experience
- Required domestic and international travel up to 60% of the time
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- 2+ years in a role connected to Store Operations, e.g. Store Manager, Area Manager or Area Controller
- You have a deep knowledge and experience in the application of Store Operations best practices
- Good understanding of tech product development and how it can impact the physical store operating model and customer experience
- Clearly demonstrate a customer first mindset
- Socially confident to present clearly to a large audience
- Experience in solving complex problems

Compensation: salary range is $125,822 - $144,699 annually**
