Stan Fresh Student Assistant

• Duties include but are not limited to assisting the Agricultural Markets and Pricing class with the following: Harvesting, washing and packaging of produce from the sustainable garden for sale during the StanFresh market.
• Collaborating with garden specialist and class to coordinate harvesting, storage and delivery of produce for the StanFresh markets.
• Collaborate with administrative stuff and the class in coordinating administrative activities for StanFresh markets.
• Collaborate with Warrior Eats and the class to coordinate produce delivery and payment.

Other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrates interest in agriculture.
• Demonstrates passion to work outdoors in the sustainable garden.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrates the capacity to be self-motivated and demonstrates excellent communication skills.

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
