Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Answers staffing and scheduling related phone calls.
- Enters staff schedules into the computer and maintains daily staffing sheets.
- Gather and track staffing data assigned by PCS Manager or DON.
- Identify potential staffing problems and resolve as appropriate.
- Consult with PCS Manager or DON regarding staffing decision.
- Inputs daily required IDPH statistics.
- Tracks call-off s and incentive shifts .
- Review staffing and coordinates staff according to patient acuity daily.
- Support members of the Nursing Department.
- Maintain DNV & ISO 9001 compliance.
- Provides support to the PCS Coordinator
- Assists with timesheets and payroll
- Complete and update staffing forecast as needed
- Ensure coverage for patient sitter needs Schedule and document any staff picking up additional shifts
