Summary:

• High school diploma or equivalent required/Associate's Degree in Business, preferred
• One year of related experience
• Types 40 words per minute.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic data entry

Responsibilities:

• Answers staffing and scheduling related phone calls.
• Enters staff schedules into the computer and maintains daily staffing sheets.
• Gather and track staffing data assigned by PCS Manager or DON.
• Identify potential staffing problems and resolve as appropriate.
• Consult with PCS Manager or DON regarding staffing decision.
• Inputs daily required IDPH statistics.
• Tracks call-off s and incentive shifts .
• Review staffing and coordinates staff according to patient acuity daily.
• Support members of the Nursing Department.
• Maintain DNV & ISO 9001 compliance.
• Provides support to the PCS Coordinator
• Assists with timesheets and payroll
• Complete and update staffing forecast as needed
• Ensure coverage for patient sitter needs
Schedule and document any staff picking up additional shifts
