As our most acute level of care, our specialty hospitals offer the same critical care patients receive in a traditional hospital or intensive care unit, but for an extended recovery period. Our clinicians play a vital role in the recovery process for chronic, critically ill and medically complex patients.
As a Staffing Coordinator you will:
- Coordinate staffing for all nursing unit under the direction of the Chief Clinical Officer.
- Verifies licenses and certification.
- Serves as a liaison between the nursing office and other hospital departments.
- Assist the nursing administration with reports staffing variances, and scheduling.
- Actively participates in recruitment activities for nursing services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One-year experience as Staffing Coordinator in an acute care hospital preferred.
Average Pay: $18-$24/hour
