You will be spending your time working alongside ICS analysts and PACE program staff to execute and complete project work plans aimed at improving participant and organizational outcomes. - Conduct interviews with program staff as part of the organization discovery process.
- Collect data from internal and external information resources and develop reports to support PACE organization clinical decision-making, including but not limited to hospital data sheets, root cause analysis forms, etc.
- Work in collaboration with ICS Senior Analyst to develop scope of work, KPIs and other programmatic indicators for project plans.
- Support ICS team on requested activities such as informational research, data gathering, analyzing, and documenting results.
- Complete all responsibilities and tasks assigned within client project work plans. Collaborates with Senior Analysts to complete tasks by target dates to assure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support ICS team in building relationships with stakeholders to effectively define, analyze, and deliver performance metrics with the creation of contracted KPIs, slide decks, training presentations, and status updates.
- Keep up with PACE regulatory changes, policies and standards collaborating with Sr. Analyst to offer reports and presentations on research findings and recommendations.
- Work closely with Sr. Analyst to help enhance PO experience maintaining client reports and documents.
- Participate in educational seminars and conferences to stay up-to-date on the healthcare industry and PACE trends.
- Work closely with customer teams to review, revise, and develop workflows that assure high data integrity and accuracy within the Intus Care application.
- Facilitate trainings of the Intus Care application to new ICS analysts.
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Comprehensive experience with delivering clinical workflows and practices within interdisciplinary care models for geriatrics.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a clinical educator or trainer for healthcare technology products/solutions is a plus.
- Deep, on-the-job experience documenting in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Experience using population health tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences in a friendly and engaging manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, document meetings well and adapt to changing requirements.
- Ability to travel (20-30%) for on-site training sessions and customer engagements.
- Registered Nurse licensure required.
- Process and performance improvement experience required.
- Healthcare experience required, PACE experience preferred.
- Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with strong research capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization and externally.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000/year
