Essential Functions
- Ensure skilled nursing facility properly staffed with CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to fulfill resident’s needs.
- Staffing levels align with the budgeted PPD based on the current census. Compliance with all state and federal staffing requirements.
- Manages replacement needs for staff PRO and call outs.
- Create and maintain staffing schedule for the Nursing Department.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar position.
- Minimum one year of Staffing Coordinator experience in the long-term care setting or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
