POSITION SUMMARY: The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for short-term and supplemental therapy staffing needs within Powerback Rehab. They are responsible for the supporting the Support Staffing Dept. The Staffing Coordinator strives to maximize the use of Powerback Rehab's internal casual pool, Journey Travel program, and decrease the use of contract therapy professionals from outside purchase service agencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Provide staffing support of our PRN active pool and Journey Internal Travel program.
2. Builds relationships with Powerback Rehab's casual (per diem) employees and gathers information about their personal preferences and their availability to work for our centers (e.g., commuting preferences, building preferences, weekly availability, etc.). Leverages these relationships to schedule Powerback Rehab's casual employees in short-term assignments whenever possible thereby minimizing the need for outside contract therapy professionals. Communicates Powerback Rehab's initiatives and incentives for casual employees, as appropriate through our ReGroup text/email system.
3. Works with our Careertstaff partners to confirm eligibility of contract candidates to present to the field for interviewing.
4. Strives to convert contract therapy professionals to employment with our Powerback Rehab's Journey Internal travel program.
5. Assists with scheduling ongoing assignments with Journey Travelers.
6. Develops solid working relationships with colleagues - particularly in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Operations.
7. Manages the PRN active pool through weekly excel/google sheet reports.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a high volume, fast-paced environment. 4. Must be experienced in Google sheets/Excel and Google systems. 5. Must possess the ability to positively interact with internal and external customers to ensure they received the highest level of quality of service.6. Must demonstrate discretion in handling of confidential information.7. Must be able to work independently and cooperatively. SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. The Staffing Coordinator should possess a minimum of a bachelor-s degree. 2. Must have strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Compensation: $55K
