Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client in Audubon, PA! The TA Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Talent Acquisition function by managing candidate interactions, facilitating various stages of the hiring process, and ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders. This Contract opportunity offers $20-$22/Hour!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records and streamline the recruitment process.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in managing job postings and scheduling phone and onsite interviews.
- Develop and distribute interview agendas for candidates and coordinate travel itineraries when necessary to ensure a smooth interview experience.
- Manage the Candidate Onboarding Process, including initiating and monitoring background checks, sending welcome emails, and facilitating the delivery of onboarding documents.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with college and university recruitment programs, attend career fairs, and represent the company's brand on various campuses nationwide.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing accurate information and support as needed.
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist on ad hoc and long-term projects to support recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or associates plus prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- 1-2 years of professional work or internship experience; experience in recruiting or HR is strongly preferred.
- Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; willingness to be flexible and adapt quickly to changes.
- Well organized, detail-oriented team player capable of working in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms
