Staff Psychologist (Phd, Psyd, Or Arnp)

MultiMed Clinic is seeking a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or psychiatric ARNP with an interest in pain management and occupational medicine. We work primarily with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (LNI).

This position is ideal for a practitioner who wants to work and collaborate with other practitioners on patient care. Our current client base is a mix of work and motor vehicle accident patients, and are primarily Spanish-speaking. Professional medical interpreters are available. Comfort working within that population is a must.

This position may be 100% telemedicine. Remote providers must be within Mountain or Pacific Time zones. 

We provide full practice management and have referral streams to support part-time OR full-time work.

Your ideal qualities:

• Demonstrates solid claim management skills.

• Flexibility. Patients are pre-scheduled, but we occasionally have same-day requests for urgent matters.

• Ability to manage appropriate and timely documentation/charts for all patients in Tebra (formerly Kareo EHR system).

• Ability to educate patients about mind/body connection and provide tools to assist patients in their efforts to return to gainful employment.

• Outstanding patient care, which means focusing on listening and understanding patient’s needs.

• Friendly with solid communication and multitasking skills. Bilingual applicants are preferred, but not required.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Professional integrity and clinical expertise.

• Able to maintain high level of professionalism and decorum at all times.

• No prior history of or current malpractice suit.

• Current Washington license & Continuing Education OR PsyPact credential.

• Current Malpractice Insurance.

We require training on LNI claim management, Tebra (Kareo) and clinical protocols to be completed before seeing patients. This training will be provided by MultiMed Clinic.
