We're excited to continue solidifying that foundation as we are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our growing Accounting and Finance department New York!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Conduct account reconciliations, analysis, and prepare journal entries.
- Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
- Support external audit in compiling reports, schedules and conducting research.
- Responsible for all aspects of cash receipts, researching and contacting agents with discrepancies.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Participate as a support role on special projects.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.)
- Proficient with MS Office
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Pay: $70,000.00 - $82,500.00 per year
