We are excited to announce we are actively looking for a Staff Accountant to be the next COMMANDO to join our Finance and Accounting team. We are experiencing exponential growth, and we need someone to COUNT THE BEANS in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. The beans are coming in fast, and the VP of Accounting/Controller of OMNICOMMANDER needs to fill the post immediately. If this is not your thing, this ain't for you.

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to maintain our sales records, deposits, bank reconciliations, and month end closing duties for Accounts Receivable. You will be working closely with our VP of Accounting/Controller to create and analyze reports, process receivables, manage invoices and reconciliations. Ultimately, you will own the entire Accounts Receivable process at OMNICOMMANDER. Communication skills are important as you will be in contact with our outstanding clients on a daily basis.

What you will do:

• Maintain sales records, deposits, and otherwise own the Accounts Receivable function
• Month-end close activities, including account reconciliations
• Assist in preparing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position
• Ensure all reporting is submitted according to company accounting schedules
• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts to the general ledger; research discrepancies and determine appropriate courses of action for review and approval by the VP of Accounting
• Adhere to controls and processes and assist in the documentation, implementation, and monitoring of company internal control procedures and policies
• Assist with preparing monthly financial statements
• Assist with the identification and implementation of new financial reporting requirements
• Assist with system implementations

What you need for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 1-3 years of experience in general accounting, preferably within small to mid-sized businesses experiencing rapid growth.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Proactive problem-solving capabilities with a swift response rate.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at interfacing at all organizational levels, both in writing and verbally.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and project management abilities.
• Upholds the highest standards of integrity, ethics, flexibility, and teamwork, consistently embodying professional excellence. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
