Responsibilities:
- Month-end close duties including:
- Prepare Month-End accrual entries by combining the CRM, ERP and data warehouse information to identify missing information.
- Prepare ACH 842 Lease Accounting entries using reports provided by lease accounting software.
- Inventory reconciliation and review in Sage Intacct.
- Material and Labor expense review
- Fixed Asset maintenance
- Reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.
- Understanding of the AR and AP process to help answer questions and provide coding (when necessary).
- Assist with month-end financial reporting by reviewing financial statements during close to identify any missing entries.
Preferred System Experience
- Sage Intacct – ERP
- Prophix – financial reporting and forecasting
- Salesforce – CRM
- Excel
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Collaboration
