Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
Responsibilities:
-Assist with the preparation and distribution of the monthly financial statements
-Assist with the management and reconciliation of the general ledger
-Prepare and review budgets for assigned company entities
-Responsible for preparing all pertinent government reports
-Compile monthly balance sheet supporting documentation and assist with P&L review
-Manager the fixed asset system including capital expenditures and policies
-Prepare monthly journal entries
-Perform financial analysis activities
-Assist with monthly inventory process
-Perform internal audit processes
-Assist with annual financial audits
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting
-At least two years' experience as a staff accountant
-Must be extremely computer proficient
-Valid Driver's License
-Ability to act independently and proactively, multitask and thrive in the busiest of environments
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
-Self-motivation with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency
