Physician, Internal Medicine

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Internal Medicine Physician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to adult patients, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting physical examinations, and prescribing medications. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Internal Medicine and be able to manage complex medical cases. The candidate should also be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in adult patients.
• Conduct physical examinations to assess patient health.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
• Manage complex medical cases and provide ongoing care to patients with chronic conditions.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care to patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.

Requirements:

• M.D/D.O licensed to practice medicine in the state of South Dakota.
• Current State and Federal Narcotics licensure.
• ATLS certified
• Board certified in specialty within 2 years of residency completion.
• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of residency in Internal Medicine.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Valid and active medical license in the state of practice.
• Strong understanding of Internal Medicine and ability to manage complex medical cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
