Accounts Receivable Assistant

This will be a part time job assisting our Accounts Receivable department.

DUTIES

• Answer phones as needed
• Filing
• Enter and send invoices
• Ensure that Accounts Receivable are collected promptly
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the Accounts Receivable department
• Assist with other accounting projects in the office
• Monitor credit card charges, refunds, returns and miscellaneous charges

QUALIFICATIONS

• Highschool diploma/GED
• Microsoft Office experience
• Basic phone skills
• Accounts Receivable experience
