Staff Accountant

We are a growing company looking for an amazing Staff Accountant who has experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll to join our team! The ideal candidate is pro-active, self-motivated and has a VERY STRONG understanding of Excel.

The Staff Accountant works closely with the team to complete assigned accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with A/R and A/P tasks
• Account reconciliation
• Bank Reconciliation
• Preparing invoices and estimates
• Supporting all functions of the accounting department as assigned
• Assisting with Payroll and General Ledger

Requirements:

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Quickbooks experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
