People Architects has partnered with a marketing and technology firm to identify a high-performing Customer Success Manager. This will be a mainly remote role with travel to the NJ headquarters on occasion.
In this role, you will be responsible to ensure the success of our key customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Serves as trusted advisor to key accounts through the customer journey.
Develop and nurture relationships with customers to provide strategic support
Leverage product knowledge through opportunities to up and cross sell solutions.
Collect customer feedback and provide insights to enhance the customer's experience.
Generate new strategies to increase retention of clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends through events and webinars.
Knowledge and Experience Required
Minimum 3-5 years of related work and industry experience
Related CSM, CRM, PIM, DAM or other Marketing/Technology software preferred.
Strong project management experience.
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail needed.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
