The Staff Accountant will be responsible for performing the daily and monthly general ledger accounting activities for the Corporate and Real Estate Entities. This position will also serve as a supporting role to the business by providing timely and accurate information necessary for decision making needs.
As the Staff Accountant you will be responsible for the following:
- Reconcile Key GL Accounts
- Enter standard month end entries
- Maintain Fixed Assets for Assigned Companies
- Support business areas in the quarterly forecast and annual budget process
- Compile Cash Management Reporting
- Monitor requests and perform account transactions for company shareholders
- Perform Ad Hoc analysis upon request
- Service as a key business partner to outside areas
- Generating monthly billing for real estate tenants
