Compunetix is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to perform process invoices and outgoing payments to vendors.
Responsibilities:
Receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices related to accounts payable
Process outgoing payments to vendors
Requirements:
Associate degree in accounting required; bachelor's degree a plus
Documented work experience as an Accounts payable clerk
Experience/exposure to working in a purchasing department a plus
Data Entry and excellent math skills required
Understanding of expense accounts, cost centers, basic bookkeeping and A/P Principles
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft office
