SummaryProvides oversight and accountability for the Staffing Resource Centers (SRC) Staffing Coordinators. In coordination with the Director of Operations, supervises (hiring, coaching, corrective action, evaluations, rounding, etc.) the SRCs Staffing Coordinators. Reviews Staffing Coordinator time and makes scheduling adjustments in Kronos. This supervisor provides onsite evening support to the Staffing Coordinators outside of SRC office hours. Assists in review of Traveler Profiles and placement to units throughout the Lee Health System. Unit leadership notification of Traveler confirmation and changes in start dates. Facilitates Communication between Unit leadership and Travel Vender for time off requests and corrective action. Position reports to the Director of Operations but works in close association with system wide leadership and management of all levels including directors and vice presidents/CNEs to ensure customer service and adherence to Lee Health goals/needs. Provides direction and mentoring to staff to enforce professional growth, streamline processes and gain operational efficiencies. Supports the organizational vision and mission of Lee Health.
