Responsibilities
- Source, screen, recruit, and close candidates for roles as assigned
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone, MS Teams or in person
- Recruit ‘on-demand’ consultants to fulfill assigned project responsibilities for problem-solving and project-based work
- Recruit for direct-hire and contract positions
- Identify, screen, and recommend candidates to internal and external clients, negotiate compensation and related considerations with both candidates and clients to come to a successful conclusion
- Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls, interviews, placements, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years experience recruiting engineers ideally in automotive manufacturing
- Experience recruiting both active and passive candidates
- 2+ years recruiting experience at the Manager, Director and C-Suite level
- Effective communication skills both written and oral
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience utilizing various recruiting tools and methods: ATSs (ideally Zoho) and/or CRMs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, etc.
- High-energy and passionate
