Role Overview
The Sales Recruiter is responsible for consulting with sales leaders to understand business needs and develop strategies to source qualified candidates to act as sales distribution agents for the company. It is critical that the recruiter meet service levels and drive superior customer service by quickly and effectively identifying candidates in the target territories and accounts.
Responsibilities
Planning:
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies
Plan and execute recruitment campaigns supporting very specific and targeted needs
Execution:
Manage the recruitment process, which includes evaluation of candidate experience, skills, goals and competencies to determine the best fit for the sales territories and accounts.
Support a virtual recruitment environment by working with the hiring managers and candidates remotely via MS Teams, email, phone, and other technology
Ensure all postings follow consistent practices
Proactively and creatively source passive candidates to target strong industry sales talent
Ensure process complies with relevant *** policies
Reporting and Communication:
Provide clear and concise reporting to business leaders for tracking progress
Identify action plans where progress is lacking and ensure business leaders have a clear understanding of mitigation plans
Foster and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to ensure recruitment processes best meet the tactical and strategic needs of the business
Education
Bachelor's Degree or related experience
Licenses/Certifications
HRCI and/or SHRM certification preferred
Experience
Must have 5 years of experience recruiting medical sales in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated success with leveraging sourcing tools, social media, networking, and other creative sourcing strategies to find and attract talent
Experience with sourcing independent sales distributors/agents highly preferred
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Details
Medical Device experience strongly preferred
Previous experience recruiting Independent Sales Representatives strongly preferred
