Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- To treat all internal and external customers with respect and embrace your role as a problem solver who is committed to continual improvement and exceeding guest expectations by living Cove’s Core Values.
- Process customers orders, completing cash transactions, serving food, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Communicates food order with back of house kitchen staff
- Keeps Manager and Leads aware of any issues in a timely manner and assists in resolution.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment
- Develops and maintain friendly relationship with all guests on resort.
- Ensures that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing procedures are being completed each shift.
- Supports and follows Cove Communities policy at all times.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Superior customer service skills
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis and able to withstand long periods of time on your feet.
- Ability to function well in a fast pace, sometimes high stress environment
- Comfortable effectively communicating with all levels of guests and staff
- Night, weekend and holiday work is required
