As a Sr. Procurement Project Management Specialist, you will have a strong understanding of project management activities, including the end-to-end project management process in a fast paced, complex business environment. You will work within a team of collaborative colleagues, working on high-impact projects that move the business forward. You will help your team meet deadlines, track, monitor and summarize progress of projects, and prepare reports for senior leadership regarding the status and project of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Project Management Office (PMO) Leader for the team. PMO Leader will coordinate projects schedules for all ISC Global Design Model (GDM) & Other High Priority (HPD) Projects in 2024, including: New Product Introduction (NPI), Preferred Supplier List (PSL), Preferred Part Lists (PPL), & Supplier Performance Management (SPM).
- Implement new project management tool to manage key project milestones, in coordination with Raman Ramaswamy's Team. Run weekly team mtg & ensure projects are updated for exec reports / MORs.
- Ensure all projects have clearly defined A3s, with Problem Statements, Current & Future State, Key Metrics, Deliverables & detailed project plans with milestones.
- Establish Key Stakeholder list / Org Chart, in partnership with each project leader, for all projects.
- Partner with Project Leaders to Ensure Projects are delivered on time. Support escalation of projects / roadblocks behind or at risk of delay.
- Coordinate team preparation for Monthly Management Operating Review (MOR) with CPO.
- Act as Operational Excellence Champion for the team, including standardizing templates, Preparing Policies, Processing Mapping (Signavio), etc.
- Develop an Ecosystem View for Team Projects & their interactions with system tools, to facilitate discussions with key stakeholders. This "Ecosystem" view will include defining data layer, Infrastructure, application / software layer, etc.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet project & STRAP objectives.
- Undergraduate degree and some experience in Supply Management / Sourcing / Procurement and Project Management.
