Description: The Project Specialist will be responsible for tracking multiple projects, creating and implementing document templates as needed to support the projects, and supporting Diagnostic Devices and Toxicology leadership as assigned. This position will report to the Project Analyst for Diagnostic Devices, which is part of the Toxicology division and is responsible for developing and manufacturing medical devices within Labcorp. Ideal candidates will be organized, detail oriented, proactive, and able to effectively communicate among multiple departments.
The Project Specialist will need to be able to:
- Track status of multiple projects, including scheduling meetings, capturing notes & action items, and updating project plan details and calendars.
- Support various departments as assigned with creating and implementing templates (ex: Microsoft office templates).
- Support Toxicology division leaders with administrative support as assigned.
- Be proficient in Microsoft office software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Requirements:
License/Certification/Education: Associate degree or 3-5 years of experience
Knowledge/Skillset/Experience(s):
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Be proficient in Microsoft office software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
