JOB OVERVIEW
The Senior Pricing Specialistis responsible for maintaining prices of the current product offering, coordinating adjacent teams to ensure tools are developed to support product updates and clear timely communication to stakeholder teams of global and local pricing decisions.
The Senior Pricing Specialist will also collaborate with local and global stakeholders in various forums including Supply Chain pricing related global development opportunities. The Senior Pricing Specialist should be open to change and be prepared to coordinate change management activities with local stakeholders. This role operates under the supervision of the Continental Supply Chain Americas Area Head Tendering & Supply Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible person to define and implement pricing updates that comply with the Global pricing decision
• Responsible person to review and validate pricing questions from other stakeholders, such as Front Line, Supply Line and/or Finance and Controlling
• North American Supply Chain liaison with the global Pricing Process Development Manager
• Stakeholder for the pricing role in the Global KSC Transformation to ensure the North American Supply Chain requirements are included in the design
• Stakeholder for the pricing role in the Business Platform Renewal
• Responsible for defining pricing structure and communicating to KTOC and SAP VC developers
• Responsible to coordinate and implement pricing changes for new product releases and product changes
• Accountable for defining the pricing requirements in Reuse checks with R&D team for Change Requests
• Accountable for maintaining pricing for product changes in SAP for all relevant product lines currently within the offering
• Stakeholder for pricing function in R&D Developments
• Accountable to finance and controlling in analyzing and defining pricing corrective actions for projects which have a financial closeout that is outside the expected range.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. in relevant subject or 5-6 years minimum equivalent work experience.
• Experience of the Elevator/Escalator industry preferred.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage own workload to achieve customer due dates when managing multiple tasks.
• High standard of Project Management skills under own direction.
• Change Management experience.
• Clear communication with internal customers and adjacent team stakeholders.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications; especially Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
