Job Description
The Sr. Media Buyer creates and executes performance-based strategies for acquiring customers across Meta & Google (including YouTube). The primary focus is to develop and drive media marketing strategies, buy digital media and execute business-critical user acquisition campaigns on both platforms.
This individual would help drive consumers to our insurance teams for both ACA Insurance and Medicare Insurance, assistance and enrollment.
What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Ensure optimal allocation of advertising budgets across campaigns and platforms, while monitoring and managing daily and monthly spending.
- Utilize audience segmentation and targeting to reach specific demographics and user profiles.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to assess KPIs, using data insights to optimize campaigns and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends and adjust media buying strategies accordingly.
- Develop relationships with media vendors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with D2C performance marketing and/or lead generation campaigns on paid media platforms.
- Previous experience running paid media click to call campaigns for Insurance (ACA & Medicare).
- Proven success in managing paid media advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook Ads Manager) & Google (Google Ads).
- Experience managing campaigns on YouTube is a plus!

Salary Range: $110,000 to $115,000 - The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
