**Job Title:** Social Media Ads Buyer
**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a talented and data-driven Social Media Ads Buyer to help us effectively leverage Social Media platforms for marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Social Media media buying on Meta and Tik Tock, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement Social Media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- Conduct in-depth audience research to identify and target the right demographics and interests.
- Optimize ad campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad content and visuals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging ad formats.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in planning and executing Social Media advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in ad platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other Social Media ad tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging platforms.
- Certifications in Social Media advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
-Setup And Manage Influencer Outreach ( Grin or Capssion Software is Preferable )
- Work with Creative Team / Video team to make Hit Ads For Media Buying
