Job Details
We are seeking a Digital Media Buyer to oversee a variety of paid acquisition channels including affiliate marketing and paid search to drive new users into our market research panels.
Key responsibilities include handling significant marketing budgets to drive new users in the Americas region consisting of The United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. Managing the channel mix to lower CAC while analyzing data regularly to ensure that we're driving the best new sign ups in each region, helping us achieve our revenue targets.
What you'll do?

  • Oversee paid marketing activities for the Americas region
  • Monitoring performance of campaigns both in terms of costs and quality of each campaign. Campaign success defined by the right number of qualified users, and longer-term user engagement.
  • Affiliate programs including Commission Junction and direct partnerships
  • Managing our paid search agency and paid social agency,
  • Oversee advertising budget
  • Optimize existing partnerships while identifying and testing new partnerships to continue to meet or exceed our targets.
  • Work with internal design teams to brief landing pages and creative improvements
  • Continuously monitor campaign conversion rates through site analytical tools.
  • Innovate! Always be looking for ways we can work smarter.

What You'll Bring...
  • Experience and knowledge of online advertising and marketing principles.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, Google AdWords, and other digital channels.
  • Analytical skills in campaign and channel analysis and reporting. Ability to digest and interpret large data sets.
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly is critical.
  • Comfortable working in a geographically dispersed team.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Commission Junction preferred
  • Experience with HasOffers preferred

The salary range for this role in USA (remote working) is $59,600 - $85,000. Your final base salary will be settled based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
