Senior Associate, Digital Media Buyer
We seek a highly motivated Media Buyer with 2-4 years of experience to join our Digital Marketing Acquisition team. The Senior AssociateDigital Media Buyer will participate in all aspects of executing high-profile and complex paid media campaigns on networks like TikTok, Meta, Google, CTV & more! This includes initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational understanding of paid digital marketing KPIs, hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, a passion for data-driven A/B testing, and an interest in beauty trends. A successful candidate in this role can flex from analytical and detail-oriented tasks to creative and collaborative assignments while managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure campaign deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:
- Actively implement and manage paid digital campaigns across Meta, Tiktok, Programmatic Display, CTV, and more
- Analyze and report on performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation, and appropriate action plans based on conclusions
- Assist Director of Digital Marketing in developing media strategy and building media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, flighting, budgeting, etc.)
- Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in social media and paid social media (betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.)
- Maintain knowledge of the dynamic digital ecosystem (search, social, native, display) and how channels work together
- Provide creative guidance to Brand Marketing and Design teams
- Build effective relationships with all vendors - ad networks, technology partners, etc.
- Manage creative briefing and approval process using project management tools such as Asana.
- Collaborate with the broader digital marketing and design teams to ensure paid digital marketing strategies are aligned across customer touchpoints
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience planning & buying cross-platform paid social media ads within native platforms. **Facebook Ads Manager and Direct Response experience is a must**
- Understanding of paid media KPIs, including CAC, CPC, CPA, CPM, etc.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to project manage campaign deliverables to ensure creative assets, audiences, and other campaign inputs remain on schedule
- Experience in writing creative briefs for paid media campaigns and pulling reports to assess creative performance is a BIG plus.
- Has a test-and-learn approach to marketing, with the ability to strategically assess new opportunities (audiences, creative, or inventory) and make data-driven decisions to drive measurable performance improvements.
- A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in to get things done
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ie. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Familiarity and passion for beauty trends on TikTok is a plus.
- Experience working in project management software such as Asana is a plus.
