About the Job:
Lead with a fail-fast, fail-early mentality to spearhead and oversee all REV (Restaurant Evolution) led initiatives in the field. This role demands a strategic mindset coupled with operational acumen to define KPIs that determine success while deeply understanding the pulse of restaurant operations. The primary focus will be on testing initiatives, recognizing successful trials, and orchestrating their scalable implementation. This role will have up to 4 direct reports and will report into the Director of Connected Restaurant Strategy.
The Day-to-Day:
- Manage and Partner on the product journey of REV initiatives, from inception to implementation, to derive actionable insights for restaurant managers and above-store leaders.
- Develop and implement KPI frameworks tailored to the operations, ensuring alignment with the brand's performance objectives.
- Champion a fail-fast, fail-early approach to testing initiatives, swiftly identifying successes and pivoting away from unsuccessful tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive REV initiatives, leveraging agile product methodology to identify, articulate, and execute opportunities.
- Define and communicate strategic objectives while overseeing tactical project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Is This You?
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.
- 12+ years of experience in a leadership position with experience leading and managing large transformational programs and projects; Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, and/or multiunit chain/franchise environment a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to define and execute technology change and implementation processes.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop direct and virtual team members with an array of business and product skill sets, in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in building and executing a strategic initiative.
- Organizational skills including distilling broad complex issues into well-structured material; a great storyteller.

Salary Range: $134,900 to $183,750 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
