Project Manager/Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documents
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and update project documentation
- Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders regarding project status and updates

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry
- Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid, ProCore, and Prolog
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Familiarity with design software such as Civil 3D for blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Note: Experience with Bluebeam software is a plus.

Pay: $90.00 - $130.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
