**This role is an ONSITE role located at 1224 Poinsett Hwy., Greenville, SC 29609**


Sr. ManagerHR Business Partner (Bilingual) |

The Sr. Manager HRBP provides HR support to Amsive Greenville, South Carolina Location, focusing on people management support, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and best practices of hourly and professional employees.

Job Summary: The Sr. Manager HRBP aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, forming partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that reflect the organization's business objectives.
Locations: Greenville, South Carolina
Work Schedule: In office, 3-5 days/week

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position serves as a coach and mentor for other departmental positions but has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

General Human Resources:

  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing work-related issues and providing coaching and guidance.
  • Partner with department leadership on employee engagement and retention programs
  • Advise managers on organizational and compliance policy matters.
  • Administer HR plans and procedures, assisting in their development and implementation.
  • Monitor new hire and evaluation processes, ensuring compliance and providing feedback as needed.
  • Handle staffing duties, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide various HR-related information and reports.
  • Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Foster employee welfare and support event planning.
  • Conduct exit interviews and handle disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Support VP/HR Business Partner with special projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise judgment in handling sensitive issues.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Participate in weekly meetings with business units.
  • Provide HR guidance to line management.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics, develop solutions and policies.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Offer performance management guidance.
  • Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Be seen as a trusted partner to management and leadership and valued support by all employees in Production and Operations teams.
  • Provide HR policy guidance.
  • Develop contract terms, assist with expatriate assignments, and support restructuring and workforce planning.
  • Identify training needs and monitor training programs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Recruiting:

  • Support Recruiting teams with onsite interviews.

Temp Labor Coordination:

  • Manage staffing agency relationships and compliance matters.
  • Coordinate peak season temp management, temp onboarding/offboarding, and reporting.

Security Clearances:

  • Coordinate SSA / IRS security clearance process for Bolingbrook and Hobart employees

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Five-plus (5+) years of HR experience in resolving complex employee relations issues, preferably in a manufacturing operation.
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines.
  • Proficiency in understanding and applying relevant laws, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to make improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred but will consider a combination of education and experience.
  • SHRM certification preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT:

  • Environmental Conditions: Exposure to dust/airborne particles.
  • Noise level: Usually moderate; no PPE is required for this position.
