As a Human Resource Business Partner, your role will be to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. As a HRBP you will implement and embed programs that cascade from the broader HR team that connect the business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work.
You will coach business leaders to look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.
On a day-to-day basis your role will include:
· Driving and delivering the employee engagement action in the site
· Partnering with the central HR team to support in the delivery of HR standardization and consistent operating practices that drive efficiency and effectiveness
· Guiding the site leadership team on principles of organizational effectiveness
· Leading the site talent review processes ensuring value from the process and ensuring progressive improvements in succession plan population
· Managing the HR Employee Relations remit to deliver an excellent HR service to the sites
· Supporting in local corporate social responsibility initiatives, such as charitable activities and community events
· Driving the delivery of DEI&W agenda
· Developing the local HR team
· Seeking opportunities to be a part of global group projects that support your individual development

You will have proven experience of developing leadership across a manufacturing site with significant Human Resources experience at a management level.
You will be experienced in local labor laws, and have a thirst for learning having completed a qualification in HR.
