Mobile Communications America, Inc. is seeking a high-performing human resources Business Partner to join its growing talent and culture organization. This position can be located in either the company's headquarters in Spartanburg, South Carolina or based remotely in our existing geographic footprint.

In this role, you will be a trusted resource and go-to partner for one of three business divisions. You will have successfully coached leaders, managers, and individuals, and be viewed as a credible and influential partner across their current organization. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to your assigned business segment around talent issues, including organizational design, role definition, career development, compensation, management & leadership coaching, employee relations, talent challenges, change management, and other ways to grow and scale.
  • Execute a full range of HR duties from high-level strategy, talent acquisition, compensation plan design, conflict management and problem solving.
  • Guide teams through processes and programs, including performance management and compensation reviews, headcount planning, organization management, and talent/succession planning.
  • Gain deep knowledge on the unique talent challenges of your assigned team and work with leaders and teams to address them. This includes career pathing/ job definition, retention strategies, development, and anything else having to do with retaining and engaging our talent.
  • Use root cause analysis to solve organizational challenges, no matter how complex, and design and implement thoughtful solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop creative and new ways to guide decision making and optimize team performance.
  • Drive planning and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR or Talent Development experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employees
  • Strong competency within the HR function, including demonstration of experience across multiple functions such as recruitment, employee relations, talent management, compliance, communications, and change management
  • Demonstrated experience and a passion for collaborating with others, including the internal MCA HR team, cross-functional partners, etc.
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Team player who quickly builds trust and working relationships
  • Able to manage simultaneous priorities
  • Resiliency to working in the “gray”
  • Bachelor's degree or military service preferred

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

25 - 30% travel. Some overnight travel is expected.
