Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment for the organization. The ideal candidate will be expected to achieve staffing objectives through recruiting and assessing new talent at one or more manufacturing sites. As an HR Business Partner, this role supports other human resources initiatives to service internal customers.
Requirements:- Support the CARE Values of the organization
- Source candidates through networking, direct sourcing and working with external search firms
- Conduct pre-hire onboarding meetings with hiring managers
- Evaluate candidates during resume review, screening, and interview process
- Promotes an employment brand, and markets jobs to attract the right team, increase company value, promote a continuous improvement culture, and attract employees that have the desire to provide an Unmatched Customer Experience
- Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
- Work closely and build strong working relationships with hiring managers and leaders across the organization to understand current and future needs
- Provide weekly status reports about open requisitions and recruiting activities to hiring managers and HR leadership
- Build a candidate pipeline for key positions and maintain regular contact with possible future candidates
- Stay current on recruiting and hiring trends and external data points to influence key stakeholders on sourcing, candidate selection, compensation benchmarking, job titles and content of job descriptions
- Interface regularly with hiring managers, applicants, and new employees
- Support the HR team initiatives, such as administers recognition and communication programs, new hire onboarding, employee events, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred, will consider a combination of education and experience in lieu of degree.
- 2 to 3 years full cycle recruitment experience preferred
- Thorough understanding of technology and HRIS systems, Paylocity experience preferred.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
