What you will do:

  • We are actively seeking a visionary and pragmatic Senior Digital Marketing Manager. They will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic and acquiring leads and customers. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a passion for digital technologies and utilizing different Digital Marketing channels to achieve business goals.

  • They should be data-driven, innovative, and adept at managing a team. This position requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate the company's value proposition through various digital channels.
  • As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will guide us through the ever-changing digital landscape.
  • Mastering SEO: Develop and implement cutting-edge SEO strategies to elevate our online presence
  • Analytics Expertise: Analyze digital footprints with precision, utilizing analytics tools to extract insights that will enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Design Excellence: Bring your keen eye for UI & UX design, creating intuitive and responsive digital experiences that welcome users to our real estate community.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a collaborative and creative team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and shared success.
  • Technology: A robust understanding of various tech stack tools, demonstrating hands-on experience in navigating and leveraging a diverse range of technologies.
  • Oversight Pioneering: Take charge of all digital initiatives, navigating projects from inception to completion with foresight and expertise.
  • Oversee the management of email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are effectively segmented, targeted, and optimized for maximum reach and impact. Simultaneously, manage the Digital Marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to support our comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy.
  • Demonstrates a proficiency of WordPress, including adept knowledge in theme customization, plugin integration, content management, and troubleshooting, ensuring effective and streamlined website development and maintenance.
  • Social Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of social media performance, identifying key areas for improvement and translating data insights into actionable strategies.
  • [BONUS] Web Development Skills: Utilize your CSS & HTML knowledge to ensure our website remains secure, responsive, and visually appealing.

How you will grab our attention:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of applicable experience.

  • 3+ years of a proven track record in SEO strategy and hands-on implementation.
  • 2+ years of best practices in UI & UX design.
  • CSS & HTML proficiency, anchoring ideas into tangible web presences.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience with a comprehensive view of team management and campaign oversight.
  • 4+ years of hands-on expertise in data analytics, leveraging analytical insights to drive strategic business decisions and achieve key results. Proven track record in extracting actionable intelligence, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall business performance through data-driven strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience as a valuable member of cross-functional teams. Proven track record of collaborative success, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals through effective communication, teamwork, and leveraging diverse skills.
