Nonimmigrant Workers and Green Card for Employment-Based Immigrants
As a Sr. Digital Experience Consultant, you'll prepare and deliver the participant, plan sponsor and cyber-security experience for retirement plan finalist and rebid presentations. This role partners closely with the sales strategy team to identify the key differentiators and deliver an engaging story to clients and advisors/consultants.
Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:
- Participate in sales finals, rebids and site visits. You'll be the Digital Experience expert for our sales partners.
- Analyze client needs and provide coaching and recommendations to improve sales and retention efforts.
- Collaborate with management in the communication and implementation of regional and/or corporate Digital Experience sales initiatives.

- Requires bachelor degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years related experience
- Experience delivering an engaging presentation to prospective clients
- Sales experience
- Successful Registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent) within 5 months of employment
- Requires advanced knowledge of all aspects of the retirement plan business, including plan design, products and services, investments, market trends, industry standards, competitive environment, laws, regulations and pending legislation
- Must have excellent relationship building and presentation skills
- Must have the ability to influence without authority, command respect and credibility through intelligence, integrity, influencing, maturity, and presence
- Requires advanced analytical, problem solving, negotiation, verbal and written communication, and ability to read/react to an audience
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with frequent overnights is required
Location
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
