The right candidate will join our Des Moines office on a hybrid schedule.
As a Digital Client Coordinator, you will...
- Learn and work confidentially in agency tools such as Metis and Workfront to manage and monitor assigned execution of various digital marketing projects.
- Assist and develop schedules for projects that balances client and agency/interdepartmental needs.
- Actively engage with cross-agency teams regarding deliverables, timing expectations and collecting detailed information to submit clear and accurate requests and change orders.
- Participate in client meetings and work with client managers and SEO team to assist in keeping the projects on track.
- Provide team members support with administrative duties such as setting up meetings, capturing meeting notes, billing/invoicing, and owning any assigned task/deliverables from the meetings.
- Provide accurate and timely communication to team members, regarding all assigned projects and timelines.
- Effectively prioritize and stay organized while working on multiple projects/tasks.
- Organize documents, assets, and deliverables to keep projects moving.
- Perform QA efforts on digital projects to ensure all functional and technical requirements are met.
- Understand agency process and help to identify process efficiencies and gaps to improve those processes.
- Assisting client managers and project managers with duties and provide coverage for them.
- Serves as a positive role model by representing the SA’s Core Values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Include Education and Experience):
Knowledge
- Specialization in tactics to develop effective communications and social media strategies to achieve client’s marketing goals.
- Knowledge of key drivers of content success and tools to increase campaign success.
- Deep understanding of the client’s business and industry trends.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of general digital marketing terminology and processes.
- Basic understanding of SEO and web best practices.
- Drive to learn and understand client requirements to deliver on the job requests.
- Basic understanding of how to clearly communicate to a cross functioning team.
Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience
Experience – At least one year of related work experience required
