The Senior Manager, Dance, will work with a cross-functional team of global, national, and regional stakeholders to shape and execute the national strategy for dance to support Red Bull’s commercial business. As a core focus of the role, the Senior Manager, Dance will act as support to the Director, Dance in developing the strategy behind innovative events and artist/opinion leader initiatives that provide consumption opportunities and increase the brand’s presence in this space. Working closely with global, national, and regional leaders, the Sr. Manager of Culture Marketing – Dance ensures proper execution of the national dance strategy while contributing to a long-term vision that enables the brand to reach more consumers, on more occasions, more often.
Job Description
STRATEGY & PLANNING
Support the development and execution of RBNA business plan for dance program
Manage cross-functional synergies across the organization to ensure maximum impact for the dance program and projects.
Ideate and pitch dance projects annually.
Share best practices & learnings from dance projects across all levels of the organization with the goals of driving efficiencies and inspiring innovation.
LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
Act as the national subject matter expert, coaching & developing best-in-class leaders in dance
Empower regional leaders with guidelines, tools, and learnings to facilitate on-strategy execution of dance program
Serve as branding expert across events network working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the dance programs is consistently communicated
Facilitate collaboration across various stakeholders to deliver innovative event programming, content, and advertisements that achieve project objectives and are in line with global dance strategy
Establish trust & accountability for dance program at all levels of the organization by building strong cross-functional relationships and ways of working
SUPPORT & EXECUTION
Support the Media Network team to achieve optimal media outcome on Earned, Managed, and Owned channels.
Support trainings in coordination with leadership, to continually up level skillset of Culture teams
Identify opportunities to create unique, collaborative stories with dancers to create inspirational projects within Red Bull ecosystem
Identify and manage relationships with national third-party dance event partners
Bring the can front in center through authentic and credible integrations in all that we do
Qualifications
5+ years of agency and/or direct brand marketing experience working with branded events
2+ years of agency and/or direct experience within artist management or a related field
Thorough understanding of event production, marketing, and logistics
In-depth knowledge of dance industry standards & practices
Strong network of influencers in the dance industry is a plus
Proven track record of strong planning, organizational and project management competencies
Demonstrated innovative practices that take calculated risks
Execute ideas with a focus on quantitative metrics to reach brand goals
Leadership and people management
Influence and collaboration with teams across multiple verticals to create actionable outcomes
Experience working within or with organizations with National/International footprints preferred
Additional Information
The base salary range for this position is $101,365 to $112,035 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
