To continue our mission, Sciometrix is looking for passionate leader in Human Resource Management. Ideal candidate must have experience and passion for HR problems, identifying new trends based on analytics, must be great with analytics, and HR systems. Should be able to Advocate, Develop and Design new HR strategies to support the growth of business. Able to influence, maintain and create positive working culture where innovation and high performance thrive. Able to manage and influence all aspects of HR from recruiting, retaining clients, developing pipeline of candidates, payroll processing, performance review, & career progression. Able to review and create employment and vendor contracts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals of the company. Manage the recruiting process and ensure that the company is hiring the best talent. Review and manage employment records and contracts. Coordinate with internal and outside recruiters and agencies to source talents, use social media(linkedIn) to promote jobs, post jobs on different websites (indeed, monster), Source candidates and prescreen prior to scheduling.
· Onboard new employees and ensure that they are quickly integrated into the company culture. Develop and deliver training programs for employees to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful.
· Manage the compensation and benefits program for employees and ensure that they are competitive with the market. Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance and ensure that they are meeting expectations. Create policies and procedures to enables employees to meet their KRA.
· Manage employee relations and resolve any disputes that may arise. Stay up to date on HR laws and regulations and ensure that the company is complying.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in HR.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient in HR software systems.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
