```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This is a key leadership role that requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively manage a diverse workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Develop and implement employee evaluation programs to assess performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Oversee talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and employee engagement strategies
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational design strategies that align with business goals
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and strategies
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Experience in organization design and change management initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo)
- Strong program management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate HR initiatives
