This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota.
- Support annual plan and quarterly forecast processes
- Reconcile large financial data sets between multiple databases and reports
- Assistance with period profitability reviews and variance analysis
- Proactively communicate and report key financial and operational drivers and metrics
- Collaborate with Business Unit’s including Sales, Account Management and Corporate Finance to drive process improvements
- Prepare and reconcile data import files and templates
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required
- 5 + years of experience in Financial Analysis
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Ability to manage and analyze large data sets
- Superior analytic skills, with a proven ability to solve complex logical challenges and synthesize data to develop meaningful insights
- Cross-functional teamwork, collaboration and strong oral and written communication skills; comfort interfacing professionally with senior leaders
- Knowledge of online programs Quickbase and Smartsheets is a plus,
- ERP experience is preferred.
