Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
· 5+ years of experience in Business & Data Analytics, Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Financial Reporting, or Strategy.
· Possess high-level problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize.
· Strong project management skills, including organization, planning, and execution.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
· Ability to work well under pressure, overcome challenges, and meet deadlines.
· Demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
· Experience in identifying, recommending, and implementing process enhancements.
· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel required. Proficiency in MS Word, and NetSuite preferred.
· Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Salesforce (SFDC)desired.
· SQL, Essbase, SAS, Spark, Scala, and Python knowledge a plus .
Responsibilities:
· Provide primary support for the new deal acquisition and financial modeling process.
· Play an integral role in transforming current state financial modeling from Excel to Power BI & Power Automate.
· Be a subject matter expert on financial models and consult stakeholders on the model outputs.
· Continuously improve financial models and reporting solutions by studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
· Combine and analyze data from various databases and sources to support financial modeling.
· Increase productivity by coordinating information requirements and automating processes.
· Performing ad-hoc business and financial analysis utilizing various data sources and reports and working with various operational areas to help senior management with decision-making and strategy, which may require the analysis and summarization of large amounts of data.
· Adds value to both the operational and strategic decision-making process.
· Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures and provide financial insights.
· Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
