Form of workA Financial Analyst at the Hard Rock Corporate Support Center is responsible for the production of internal financial statements and analysis of internal systems. Providing guidance and support for the company in the areas of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Perform daily reporting tasks for key monthly management reports emphasizing historical results, budgets, forecasts, and trends.
- Gather, interpret and use complex data to develop reports that will improve processes.
- Assist in data validation tasks.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis in support of business decisions.
- Actively work within the finance department and with other corporate departments to improve and streamline accounting and finance processes.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree program in the area of Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or related field. Exposure to financial analysis or casino/hotel industry is a plus.
- Computer and related software (excel, word, access) necessary.
- SQL experience is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Successful candidates will possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collect data and resources.
