Financial Analyst

Kavaliro's client is in search for a Financial Analyst for an onsite position in Jacksonville, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct annual financial forecasting and quarterly re-forecasts to present valuable insights to upper management and lenders, aiding in strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with managers from various departments to align financial planning with operational goals, ensuring efficient resource allocation and stability.
Generate detailed month-end financial reports for commercial lenders and private equity partners, promoting transparent and accountable financial management.
Create financial and operational models and reports to drive optimization and process improvements throughout the organization.
Assist in preparing quarterly board meeting decks with clear financial summaries to support board discussions.
Engage in due diligence for acquisition targets and support accounting teams post-close, facilitating smooth financial integration and reporting.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed, using problem-solving skills to support the operations team and management with effective solutions.
Take on additional responsibilities as necessary, showcasing flexibility and a commitment to the company's success.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
1+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or analysis.
Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to work with complex financial models and presentations.
Quick learner and self-starter with excellent time management skills.
Exceptional communication skills, comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization.
Strong interpersonal skills, promoting collaboration across departments.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
